The main villain will be someone to represent the 100 years of void century that was wiped out and can be discovered through the One Piece and joyboy story...
it will NOT be Akainu... Akainu can have a fight with Luffy in mid of chaos in some future arc, or he will face Sabo, but he will NOT be main story villain...

The final villain is EITHER Imu-sama... or someone who's STILL dormant and will be awakened and Imu is just sitting in his place... maybe the Giant SH belongs to him? who knows... but it is related to (Imu/Gorosei/Celestial Dragons/Void Century/D./Joyboy) shit

Someone who was responsible for the 100 years of blank history... which is what Luffy and co are trying to uncover that mystery and face the danger of that entity later on...

EVEN ODEN hinted at that... Oden stated that a very powerful enemy forced Wano to take big measures by closing its borders... why would Oden talk about that BIG STRONG ENTITY if it's not a threat that will loam over us in future?
