I don't see a reason why Law and Kidd will rank that high, at least since albeit they will contribute to Kaido's fall, Zoro and Luffy are going to be considered as the leaders of the clashes logically.

Luffy is too fast when he is serious. Gear 2 is extremely fast as stated by Doflamingo. kataluri has to use future sight = awakening to keep u with Gear 2 Luffy.
