It was kind of obvious that Daifuku and Oven were stronger than Tamago. Capone hyped those two up alongside the top commanders and perospero as monsters, Ichiji > Niji > Sanji, with or without raid suits (as long as both have or don't have it in the fight). Oven kept fighting through Ichiji's goring of him and did stuff like take an explosion point blank to his face with no defense.

Oven literally only looked bad against people who are top commander leveled, or cheap shots (like sanji's cheap shot on him when he didn't know sanji even existed on the same island as him and was focused on pound), etc.

Oven > Pedro > Tamago, Tamago was endlessly cut down by Pedro.

Oden was a grown man, fighting another grown man.
Luffy is still a teenager and he's not getting blown out by anyone from his generation.

I mean Luffy is probably going to be dead in the next 5 years, he'll be pirate king by then, but still. Different people start their career at different points, Smoker is a new face despite not being anywhere near a teenager, same with people like capone and stuff, they are still growing in power massively. Luffy, Cavendish, etc simply started their career earlier than others did, Yamato and Ace even had this convo last chapter.

What are you talking about, am I forgetting something?

Basic haki is the shield style "barrier" thing you're talking about, then stage 2 buso is hardening, where you actually bolster the limbs/weapon itself instead of "coating it" in armor, you make the actual thing it's used on armor itself (which is the black coating). Sanji has level 1 barrier buso, zoro and luffy have buso hardening (along with tons of others who are either top commander leveled, or who specialize it and are don sai+ leveled.

Ryuou as we know it is pushing the haki OUTWARD like an energy blast, not an armor or hardening.

Oden objectively had ryuou, he grew up in the country that literally invented it, and is the strongest mf'er there, and every single one of his scabbards had it, and the only person who could teach rayleigh it cuz it's wano based, is Oden, so he'd have to know it.

Didn't Kaidou said they all have ryuou, but it was just weaker than Oden's?

Honestly speaking, Kaidou is going down by a group effort. Luffy will eventually surpass Oden, but meh, not yet.

Pedro someone who lost to Perospero by a big margin.Oven and Perospero are close in strength.Oven can tanks Sanji,Bege,İchiji attacks same arc.Although Ichiji pierced his chest, but he was still fighting.İchiji isn't weaker than Peros.

Zoro >~ Luffy >>> Kidd > Law > Killer

in all honesty Law is an x factor, he'll be as useful as the plot demands

Luffy >> Zoro >>> Kidd >> Killer

X-Factor, unrankable, as Oda desires: Law

Law actually has a lot of relevance to the end game, I just don't know if Oda has the balls to make him center stage, he came to the game rather late compared to the rest of the (OG) SHS. Would love to see it tho. He's definitely the most important outside the Straw Hats and maybe Kid
