Law broke the Gears. Kid was in the New World, he didn’t make headlines. He was just independent. Could he be a D.? If Oda chooses that route, who am I to complain. But Oda doesn’t hand out D cards to just everyone.

So far the carriers of the Will of D shown have had worldwide impacting implications. Kid hasn’t had any although he’s at the height of his Piracy, and has been for five years. Law made massive moves, became a Warlord, broke the Gears, took down Caesar and Doffy, successfully led an alliance with Luffy against Kaido. Kid has rode Luffys coattails in any “definition” of D since Sabaody.

What do you mean he has to be impactful to the world in the last years? Blackbeard as far as we know is a D and spent most of his life not doing anything great, just riding along with Whitebeard, now he started doing his things. It could just mean Kidd hasn't started doing his shit yet.

Kid is not landing any finishing blows on Kaido. He has CoC that’s why he’s not bending a knee. Ace bent a knee and Blackbeard bent a knee, does that now mean he’s not a D.

Jinbei is more accomplished than Kid, is he a D?

The Simple definition of the Will of D is the Will to Destroy/Radically shift the world. Each Will of D member has done so. Kid has not, even in Sabaody he got the credit for attacking a Celestial, when it was All Luffy.

Zoro >= Luffy :

- Zoro spent 2 years training with WSS , Luffy spent 1.5 years training with Rayleigh

Kidd is still really young, so just because he didn't do shit so far, doesn't mean he can't do shit later on, that's my argument that you completely ignored. Blackbeard was patient, meticulous, and cunning. Kid is the exact opposite of that. Kid has already made his moves against three emperors and fucked them up. By your metric Jinbei can also have the Will of D since he’s been trying to free the Fishman and himself.
