Im sorry but what make you think that kidd will do something better than reopening Kaido's scar (something that 4 scabbards together couldn't do) or do even more than that ?

The best argument for Kidd is that he has *eventually* knowledge on how to unlock awakening.

But Kidd should definitely possess only basic haki.

Advanced haki is definitely more potent than any possible awakening the way I see it.

Furthermore, Kidd pulls off hundreds of swords but how much damage can each single one of them inflict?

Zoro has 3 so his power is more focused to get the most out of his slashes.

I'm not arguing on the fact that Zoro is gonna play a more important role in the fight in comparison to Kidd. He will, more likely than not. What I'm saying is that it makes no sense for Kidd to not have ryou when he's at the rooftop. He can't do shit to either Kaido or Big Mom without it. He's not gonna automatically jump to fighting a yonko without a power-up and that power-up should be ryou considering its importance in this arc.

Kid is going to disarm both kaido and big mom and that's the biggest thing he can do as of now

We know for a fact this is a big deal for kid since HE GOT HIS ARM CUT OFF. So by default we know he couldn't disarm the person who cut his arm off. But if he manages to disarm emperors, that's a clear sign that he's gotten much stronger than he was when he got his arm cut off

Big mom and kaido lose a lot of AP without their weapons so that will be Kid's big contribution
