I think this chapter should be the proff that the raid is not failling, the groups fighting in the roof might get separated during the fight at some point, and onigashima might even fall in the capital, but man they are not leaving Wano withoud kicking Kaido's ass.


The "new generation" that will beat Kaido is up on the roof.

I think the strategy for this battle is clear for the SN.
Don´t let you hit by the Yonkous, don´t try to tank it, it is clear and that is the point how I imagine the battle:
Law staying outside as supporter and only come in the game when he see enough room to land a attack and hint seek again.
His role is like to help Kid,Killer,Zoro and Luffy the damage dealer.

Luffy+Zoro are the damage dealer against Kaido
Kid+Killer are the damage dealer against Big mom
Of course they switch side to side to make it even harder for both Yonkou, while Law protecting them from getting take any hits.

I think this strategy working as long as Law is up, but that is the point which plot I see coming:
The SN making good damage and then Jack who recover taking on Law, with destroy the strategy and making it even harder.
People though Jinbe gonna face Jack or the Minks again, but none of them reaching the ttop again, with means Law facing Jack make sense. And King coming soon to the top make also sense.

Pretty much how i see it as well..Law will be the most important character in this fight

Also im guessing that at one point (for the Luffy and Zoro vs Kaido fight at least)
They will both look pretty good at the beginning of the fight

Zoro reopen his scar or replicate Oden's feats then after that Kaido goes hybrid mode and that's when everything goes to shit for Zoro and Luffy

Bm starts to get serious as well against Kidd and Killer

I doubt it, hence why he's with 4 people and more to come to fulfill the prophecy of beating a single dude.

Well, they are here to defeat the New Rox, not just Kaido lol. So these 5 dudes are here to defeat 2 Yonko, as this is the first time since the current timeline where we’ve seen a faction who could realistically take the One Piece.

This is enough to tell me that he cannot beat any top tier on his own yet. That should be reserved for later on in the series and be the next benchmark imo, otherwise it trivializes any further opponents.

How? When Luffy defeated Crocodile, did that trivialize the Moriah fight for you? Or the Doflamingo fight?

I think there is no tension because things havent started going down or be serious yet, i still think this raid will somewhat fail.

The stage is being set for everything to happen bro. The Flying Fighters all have opponents, King and Queen have opponents, the scabbards have already attempted their retribution for Oden, and even though Oda royally fucked up almost all buildup to this moment, there is no denying that the plot is at the point where it is time to defeat Big Mom and Kaido.

If you think Luffy and co. Will fail here...do you think literally everyone is going to fail also? And come back stronger later? Or will everyone else besides the Yonko slayers here succeed?

BTW, I still don’t see where I implied Luffy = Kaido lol.
