Oda himself doesn't remember the names of attacks, he admitted he check Wikia to recall them lol
So don't think too much about them
He probably doesn't remember a lot of things its like 20 years and 1000 chapter worth of lore. But that doesn't mean those things aren't important. they might not be crucial but they should be important.

Naming the attack is important narrative wise, for emotional/dramatic impact not for the effectiveness of the attack
Dude its also is effectiveness of the attack. Author uses named attacks to show the growth of the user. And also to signify if the attack is used against a strong opponent or not. He may wish to not always name an attack when there is too much going on already. But when he does it usually to highlight the effectiveness of an attack not just for the narrative purpose.
