I’ve said it before, Zoro has the most random powers to the point that if Zoro used his full arsenal, it would be pandemonium... Do you know that Zoro also has a Steam Creating Attack? As in Zoro does that thing Nami does and creates a Mist/Steam cloud thing in the environment

Zoro didn't just learn to cut Iron in Alabasta, he basically learned the Breath of All Things Ability, cutting Iron & Fire are just included in it
So whatever he cuts after that, it's not a Power Up, it's just more material added to the list of things Zoro have cut

It sort of does. Oda said “Zoro trains everyday” so that Oda has the excuse to make Zoro do shit like this fire style and have Zoro be as strong as he wants when he wants it.

but then people get surprised that The daily training actually resulted in something
