So I just saw Film Red and I think we have a glimpse of Luffy's dream, Uta wanted to create an Era of freedom and bla bla bla. Uta told Shanks she failed to do her dream and new Era, while Shanks told her not to worry, as they were in front of that "era" while poiting Luffy. So Luffy dream could be to create a new ERA? Of party? Freedom?

Your Idea related to Fujitora-Dragon is pretty interesting. If that happens would be interesting for sure and would also give Dragon a swordsman right hand, like his son and his father.
The original idea I used to have pre-Cross Guild was related to Dracule just waiting on Dragon to make his move, while Dragon had recruited him secretly. But Fujitora being the one, would be interest now. -
