I really doubt that having intel of the WG increases his bounty. I mean... You wont give a character a high bounty for knowing a secret.... Otherwise people will start tl question what secret and eventually discover it. The bounty is mainly given from the marines and public knowledge.

Becoming warlord aint the same as having 2 years as pirate.
