@RayanOO Alright, how do you think the Mountain vs Sandoq goes? I can think of Gregor having the strenght advantage (but not significantly so) and maybe the reach advantage?
But I think that's nowhere near enough to make him win there.
@NikaInParis Aegon the Conqueror was lucky that Tohrren Stark decided not to risk it and didn't have Brandon Snow, his half brother, go on with his weirwood arrows plan. (The one of Bran's vision). Balerion and co. could have become dead meat otherwise.
If the other kingdoms had Dorne's big balls, the Targaryen conquest might have been stopped.
Daemon Blackfyre may just be the all time coolest ASOIAF character. Dude is basically conceptually a second Aegon the Conqueror. The Blackfyre rebellions continued in his legacy for almost a century, and in the Books it is a Blackfyre who sits the throne of Westeros.
@Elder Lee Hung Dayne has gone through overestimation for sure online, he ain't some unapproachable fella level wise.
Jaime thinks he can beat him and he doesn't even have a special blade, Barristan has equal chances against him without Dawn etc.
Some legendary warriors of past eras who wielded Valyrian steel would be very dangerous opponents.
Renpa is still a top 5 Great General in China, probably.
If it's a war against him where both Great Generals have to manage by themelves, I think there are probably like only 4 characters who can outright defeat him. Riboku, Kouen, Ousen, Shouheikun.
As a Karin wanker I would like to place Karin in there but I'm not sure.
I just read 809, and I thoroughly maintain that Hara is the best writer in the business, fuck the haters. I am a Kingdom glazer.
When the 6GG were reintroduced, Hara has Tou be the one to state that he will cut down any of the new 6GG who takes their liberties too far and defies Kanyou.
Then in Tou’s first major campaign, Hara puts Tou in a position where he is almost forced to rebel himself. GOAT.
Ulmer of the Kingswood Brotherhood vs Anguy of the Brotherhood Without Banners vs Bloodraven
All in their physical prime using regular bows (no weirwood, dragonbone, or that Summer Island stuff):
Who wins in an archery competition? Who is the best archer (magic restricted)?
Bonus: Put them in the Kingswood - who walks out alive if all of them get a regular bow and 50 arrows?
Thinking that Shanks isn't doomed to lose in his fight against Teach is like thinking that Akainu isn't doomed to lose in his fight against Luffy. Or that Teach isn't doomed to lose in his fight against Luffy, as well.
Admiral Aokijj vs "BBP" Kuzan - did the guy get weaker after the match against Akainu where he lost a leg? Or he is the same (due to having logia powers etc.)
Some user being confident on Qin dealing with this Zhao regardless if there was such a scenario lol. Mind you I'm talking about taking Zhao who is on defense. And given that Qin would have been naturally occupied in checking/dealing with the other states as well.
@NikaInParis@ConquistadoR Criston Cole seems to be underrated as a fighter in the fandom. He was considered the best/one of the very best fighters of his age.
The man gave Harwin Strong such an ass whooping that he went from "Breakbones" to "Brokenbones" 😂
Ryuma probably was slightly weaker than Mihawk. In this case I think the comparison between blades works well, with Yoru being the strongest blade in the world, a supreme grade black sword. Plus, in order for Zoro to prove himself as the strongest swordsman of all time, it makes more sense if the one he actually defeats (Mihawk) was exactly that.

Only thing he would've done there is ensure the destruction of the North, and maybe even the Starks with it
