I got to say that the Holy Knights ranks are pretty boring. Give me Grand Master and Paladin over Supreme Commander and Commander any day.
Go Johnny Go Go
I believe that the confusion of what kind of God Nika was may come from him opposing the God of Destruction in times long past, and the story of it got muddled as it was passed down orally.
And of course, I believe the DF for said God is in the Yami-Yami no Mi.
Just made some really good spaghetti.
Random thought, but there isn't an actual name of the world of One Piece is set in, is there?
I don't know if anyone else called it, but I am staking my theory that Loki's DF is based around the Sun, either as a Superman-like Paramecia or a Solar Plasma Logia.
Merry Christmas to Worst Generation.
If Pranks is indeed Shanks' twin, I have a feeling he was the younger twin and Garling probably doesn't care much for him, as he was the "back-up".
Playing some old OP games, I will certainly admit World Seeker wasn't a perfect game, but I'll give them that they didn't just have some magic relic that makes the Straw Hats relive their memories like with all the Unlimited games and Odyssey. Like the foes you face actually are at the island and stuff.
This isn't really big enough for a full-fledged thread, but I have a hunch that Shanks deliberately A. Hunted for the Gomu-Gomu no Mi and B. went to Goa to find Ace, who he knew was Roger's son, to make him his future apprentice/pawn. But he never found him and had to settle for Luffy.
Just a dumb thought, but how are the Meito even graded, anyway? Is there some sort of committee who inspects them?
The only thing I'll say about the current chat is this: If Aramaki is really this amazing swordsman, why the fuck didn't he use said sword against Morley?
After playing BG3 so much, I have a question for any Forgotten Realms fans:
It seems Elves and Orcs literally can not breed as both of their patron Gods won't allow it...but can a Half-Elf and Half-Orc have a kid who would just be Human?
Pizza is best on a Friday.
So, are we on a break or not?
Do we have a thread for what we think Loki's DF is yet?
For Dragon Ball Fans: If King Cold, theoretically, was a shapeshifter who was just in his first, weakest form like how Frieza was....If he had transformed into his strongest, fourth form, how strong would he be then?
Open question for any DBZ people: If Nappa had used the fake moon thing and went Oozaru, would he been able to beat Goku then?
Just a friendly reminder that in protecting them at God Valley, Garp is indirectly responsible for all the atrocities the World Nobles have committed since then and he deserves everything Teach will give him.
One interesting thing about the Giants of Norse mythology is, despite what more modern portrayals have them as huge, lumbering brutes, they could come in all shapes and sizes, and many were expert shapeshifters and illusionists.
In some regards, they have more similarity to the Celtic Sidhe then the Greek Gigantes. -
