Shin's performance vs Houken was always Bullshit. The Coalition was as bad as Shukai plains. We should treat it as a special matchup that doesn't say much for Houken vs pretty much everyone else.

I underestimated Houken too much man. His feats are insane. Made Duke Hyou look like a lightweight and overwhelmed him so much the Duke couldn't help but praise Ouki mid battle for almost defeating this beast.

The sword was his primary weapon and the one he defeated Oukotsu with.
It was mentioned that he went a decade without using it and only used it against Moubu because he didn't want a broken blade.
It's pretty likely that he would use it against anyone other than Moubu or maybe Zenou imo, and doesn't it make sense to think that Sword Kanmei would be an overall
