She will lose to both. The point is Law's DF scales pretty well, even against strong fighters. Countershock for example has had equal effectiveness against Vergo, Doffy and Big Mom. Injection shock was the same for Doffy and Kaido.

Kaido stated that his DF "throws him off" for a reason. He's not a 1-dimensional fighter like Luffy who just punches hard. If used right that DF can be deadly, especially in a 2 v. 1.
