In Wano, nobody is a bigger threat than Luffy except Rocks duo.
Now Marco cant have over 1.5 B coz it would not make sense for Teach to only have 2.2 after beating Marco easily and all those crazy stuff he did before becoming Yonko.
You can't tell me beating Ace, killing WB, freeing Prisoners and having them as crewmates, eating 2 dfs and GAINING WB territories is only worth 500 - 700 M
Marco alone can't be a bigger accomplishment.
Like for luffy, he beats Cracker and Kata.
beating Katakuri gave Luffy already 500 M increase... But the other 500 M is for other factors from DR (fleets and Sabo ) and WCI (assassination plot..) combined
Oda has to balance the 1 B increase for Luffy which is made up of his Combat Ws and other stuff.
Same way Oda will probably balance out Teach 2.2 bounty which is made up of his combat feats and other factors.
1 B for beating Marco and Ace
Other 1B for killing WB, eating dfs, gaining territories and the Impel down incident.
If Marco is worth 1.5B+ then Teach bounty doesn't make sense when you look at the stuff he did excluding Marco and Ace, merits 1.5 B already
Teach's bounty is the indicator that tells us where Marco sits bounty wise. Definitely below 1.5 B .
