I think the only two that has shown some kind of Advanced CoC is Dragon and Roger imo. Especially how the weather changes and I doubt it's some kind of DF power as Roger who does't have a df but he can change the weather

I still consider this one of the greatest COC Haki feat.
Jozu moreover explains that a man without determination cannot stand in front of this man.
maybe this indicates that shanks wasn't doing this willingly.

No. If he didn't display it until now that means he does not have it.
And Rayleigh only has CoC cause it was necessary so he can teach to Luffy about it. He doesn't have qualities of a "conqueror". The same with Zoro.

Yes that was stupid.

If someone else had to unleash it amongst the SHs that would most likely have been Zoro for a multimyriad of reasons, such as his power, his determination and hard work, his goals. Zoro is a real supreme king, in his way.

Maybe, but there would need to be a good reason for Nami to get it, not just because she's part of the original east blue crew..

Some thoughts:

1. I don't like the idea of CoC being genetic or for the "chosen ones"
2. It's either too prevalent or not prevalent enough
3. I think it makes thematic sense for all of those born with the Will of D to have it
4. It's taken way too long for the SHP to get CoC members: imo Zoro should've unlocked it in Dressrosa (or revealed he's had it for since the TS). I think Sanji should've gotten it during WCI, Yamato obviously has it, and I think CHOPPER should've been the last to unhlock it during Wano, giving the SHP a record total of five Conquerors - one more than the four in the Rocks Pirates.

Also, just talking in general, I think Oda should've been more liberal with unique Haki abilities.

4. Agree, Zoro in Dressrosa (against Admiral threat), Sanji in WCI (proof of his liberation), and Yamato in Wano.

Although I personally don't want Sanji to have it. Give him something else more unique.

1. Oda does not care what you like
2. Its only prevalent since we are now witnessing the top characters. Its still 1:1.000.000 or lower.
3. Its a manifestation of willpower in general. It makes no sense to restrict it in any way, imo.
4. The current CoC users were always CoC users. There is no sooner or later. They are or the are not.
