@GrandmasterChef Zonji Some ZoNa thoughts using Whitebeard and Stussy:

What if Whitebeard and Stussy were Xebec's first core crewmates, even before Shiki, recruited through Davy Back Fights? That would make them somewhat mirror Zoro and Nami as Luffy's first crew members. Plus, I've noticed quite a few other similarities.

Whitebeard-N/A-Mihawk-Zoro

Whitebeard and Mihawk both hold Sekai Saikyō titles and have Supreme Grade blades. They represent the peak of power within their respective groups. Perhaps Whitebeard was even stronger than Xebec, if not during his time with the Rocks Pirates, then later in life. Both want a simple life despite their strength, as the Pirate King title does not interest either of them. Zoro was mentored by Mihawk and is the future WSS. He also embodies strength since we consistently see him training more than anyone else. All three are said to favor alcohol: alcoholic beverages for Whitebeard, red wine for Mihawk, and sake for Zoro.
Stussy-Devon-Alvida-Nami

Stussy had the epithet of 'Science Robber' or 'Tech Bandit' and is money-oriented. Devon's draft design had cat ears, and she seems to collect beauty. Alvida is obsessed with beauty, and her Devil Fruit made her noticeably beautiful. Nami is a money-driven thief with the epithet 'Cat Burglar.'
BTW, this might be a stretch, but I can't help noticing that Zoro prominently appears in most of the chapters where Buckin and Weevil either appear or are mentioned. Chapter 802 is Buckin and Weevil's debut, and Zoro is the main focus of a Wano-themed color spread. In Chapter 909, Marco brings them up, and that's also the chapter when we finally see Zoro again after WCI, as well as where he kills the magistrate. Then, in Chapter 1073, Zoro has his first clash with S-Hawk, a clone created by Vegapunk. In the same chapter, Buckin claims Weevil is related to Whitebeard and says Vegapunk could prove it to Marco. Finally, in Chapter 1096, we see the beginning of the God Valley flashback, and Zoro appears on the cover page. Pretty odd.

Not just that, Zoro is the only one on SH crew that always comment and "disturbed" with Nami's bounty poster because it's always sexy.
Pre time skip had a lot of them interaction, but after time skip we only had sum of them because of long arc, one of my faves is when Sanji's on Nami's body, Zoro never even bickering to him after the start of their Journey to retrieve kinemon body and even let him kick and insult him like Nami always do to him, and the filler where Zoro holding Sanji's hand when he fall and then Zoro remember it was Sanji's than Nami, he just let it go lol.

I see the term 剣技 (swordsmanship, sword skill, sword attacks, etc.) used in this tweet from an official OP account. :shocking:

Where are those pistols in the clash with Harald? :ihaha:
"What about Rocks sword (yes, it's real!) and his hyped swordsmanship, did you miss the panel where he was holding a gun?"
This mf is at least 60 and still behaving like this. :risisweat:

I just realised. Zoro next " main " fights are gonna be even more feat hungry than Last one's.

Frankly I didn't expected much from King when he was revealed , but Zoro got Major feats from king to hold his ground on powerscaling discussion. Thanks to lunarian Hax.

Lucci vs Zoro was more or less a one shot.

But next fight ,
Zoro vs Shiryu. It should be surpass basic YC1 level fight , it should be around Low top tier to Admiral level Battle.

Then comes the , Zoro vs Nasujuro , Probably first sky split moment and Ultimate Final Swordsmanship fight before Mihawk. Can be easily considered Yonkou Caliber fight.

And the Final , Zoro vs Mihawk , the Journey to the strongest. It should basically surpass every fight in One piece. When I say every fight I include all the luffy fights too. Zoro vs King is more rated than Luffy vs Kaidou.

We frankly just have to sit back and enjoy now.

Small fights like Lucci vs Zoro. And whoever zoro fights right now elbaf is practically useless. I don't see a huge powerup or feat coming for us at least in this arc.

Correct, except Venus is a warm-up for Supreme Janitor. :myman:

Call me sceptical if you want but I doubt zoro will fight gandhi
Reasons to believe that
After exploding his CoC this arc his last steps are improving his CoO with FS (Shiryu) and black blades last PU (Mihawk)
Only left is lodestar not fights there Final arc is a battle royal in laughtale zoro will fight Shiryu and later mihawk that's why I believe he won't fight gandhi
Sounds crazy what i'm going to say but I think momo with probably Yamato help will fight him he will take the nidai kitetsu from wano and after that he will have the shodai kitetsu also zoro already clashed with him with the kitetsu III so I think that plot is over
Also remember for what it remains of series zoro won't ever change the sandai no matter what powerscalers or not zoro fans says

I see, you still underestimate Shiryu-sama compared him with yc1 or below admiral. This reminds me when 2014 it said Mihawk was close to doffy and below the admirals:milaugh::SmugRain:
