Oden Flashback - Kuma Flashback - Harald Flashback, easily the best 3 flashbacks this series has produced.
Great to see Oda adding some depth to Newgate's personality. Lmao Roger is easily the dawg bruh, holy fuck. Ever since Drum Island I thought he was gone be a luffy clone, but glad Oda is staying away from that and giving him a proper pirate feel... Idk who my favorite is yet between Oden and Harald, but def leaning towards Harald so far, since Oden really wasn't a proper monarch (tbf he never wanted to be).

I think Buggy's Mom comes from the Secret Clown Tribe/Clown Island. The Buccaneers carried Nika's Will through Song/Dance, but, humor is also a huge part of Joy/Joy Boy.

Rock's Sons were raised by Newgate, his Nakama, and Roger, his Rival. Like Teach, Buggy is the odd-one-out of the Roger Pirates, who never felt like he was on Shanks' level, and abandoned his Captain's goals to chase personal power.
I think the Clown Tribe lives on/guards Lodestar, the last Island in the Grandline, that leads to Laugh Tale. The "Clowns" lead to Laugh Tale (also possible Buggy is straight up a child from Laugh Tale/the remnants of the Ancient Kingdom).

I'm really interested what makes him great? 
-> Wild kid -> Forced into leadership position by people who were attracted to him -> fulfills his desires for adventure -> gets a bigger perspective on the world and matures up -> chooses to selfishly pursue his desire while acknowledging his country is being fucked up -> gains new viewpoint at laughtale -> attempts to take the leader mantle and liberate his country -> humiliates himself as an apology to his nations' wrong doing -> dies in a final ditch attempt.
A kid whose father wanted him to be a leader, then gets forced to be a leader, but then becomes a subordinate to pursue adventure, then when he tries to take the leader role he fails at it. It's a consistent writing, and all done within less than 10 chapters. Its a tragedy story.
Depends on how many come back with him. Loki I can see at least attacking Shamrock given what happened earlier, but I can also see him just plainly fighting another one. Or maybe he and the other Giants play their role in dealing with the Domi Reversi'd Giants. It all depends on how the Gunko thing resolves itself imo
