Doesnt seem like a new thing tbh, characters have before put all their effort into one last attack but it usually focused on physical strength/strongest attack but this time it just focuses on haki but yeah, Zoro already did it.

Cuz he doesn't know many things,
He doesn't know advcoc
He doesn't know he have basic coc.
This leads zolo to thinking that enma is taking much than usual of coa.

Didn't change since 2019 and no one really cares about the tags here tbh. If Loki wins, 99% won't get his tag nor Zoro's one because we have all a different amount of posts (few have 1k, few 2k, few 5k, few 10k, few +15k) how you can make everyone happy ? You can't.
Or, you could give the winner's tag to the voters who voted for him, but they won't, so it's already a fucked up system.
A popularity contest is a contest about the most popular and not a tag contest. The admin/mods mix that contest with tags, which shouldn't be the case because they are lazy to make a real contest about tags. Making your fav lose because you want his tag by calculating, won't give you anything imo.
And in any case if you have more than 15k messages, you have Zoro tag until the end.
