Orange man wants America to be completely independent, but his idea of American independence is everyone else being completely dependent on America and being afraid to leave. Ever since he threatened taking Greenland by force, the EU and Canada had enough and China is sweeping up all the new trade deals.

Yea this would kinda be worse to have in Europe. They might still feel inspired by the US tech feudalist and gradually establish their own corporate cities. Here's to hoping Europe can preserve its somewhat democratic spirit that is barely existent in the US and entirely absent in China.

Wait till you see the corporations that patent GMO plants, bribe EU politicians to phase out mandatory gmo declaration on products, forcing GMOs on unwilling consumers and mandating that whenever a non gmo farmer's crops are accidentally cross pollinated with patented GMOs those crops can't be sold and are the property of the GMO company because they hold the patent.
Feudalism 2.0 and I don't see the violent revolution this should be provoking.
We wouldn't even need a violent revolution if only those people who are perfectly physically capable finally moved their asses.
It's not as if west European protesters would face complete mass slaughter if they were to gather by the millions and March in a peaceful protest across the continent.
