No, I don't see any reason why he should be a SHP. Elbaph without him is pure dogshit, so he will have to stay in Elbaph to erase the woke bullshit culture that Harald implemented there and prepare them for reality, which is war.
Loki will stay in Elbaph and fulfill his father's dream of bringing peace to Elbaph, but without being a completely retard and stupidly naive, which is by defeating the enemy, not being their slave.

Disregarding the obvious reason of loki being way too strong, the shp crew is already way too bloated
The last clown who joined has literally been relegated to a box mover and reactor role because oda doesn't seem to know what to do with him
Loki is way more interesting than jumbo. But that would just mean Loki would eat up the already low screen time of some of the middle quartet and weak trio

I like loki and would love for him to join. 3 issues are going to stop him just like with jimbe and Yamato .
1. He is to strong. Oda is never breaking the m3 structure of the crew. Rn loki looks even stronger than luffy and he'dhave a legit argument to be the captain.
2. He has a clear role to fill outside of the crew. Yamato needing to protect want till it was strong enough to protect itself and jinbe needing to tie up loose ends before he joined. Those are the reasons they couldn't join right away and Lori's will be becoming the new king of elbaf and inheriting Harald's will. He will have to oversee the rebuilding of elbafbefore he can join.
3. Oda's love of making the sh's under dogs. Jinbe couldn't join in fmi because ph till wci would have been a cake walk for the sh's. And jinbe joining would had clearly put Luffy's crew as the clear cut strongest supernova crew. Same with Yamato and egghead and elbaf. If Yamato was in thos arc the sh's struggle vastly less. The sh's with Yamato would be the clear cut strongest yonko crew. Loki is the same as then where if he joins now the next few arcs would be significantly easier. And with loki the crew would be the strongest crew on the seas.
