There was a Jump cover of Big Mom, Luffy, and Sanji released during the WCI arc that didn't lead to anything combat-wise. But with the Kaido-Luffy-Zoro cover, we later got the Rooftop moments.

Loki being a weapon user, having a dragon fruit, sharing parallels with Zoro, and Zoro being the main Straw Hat hesitant about his release... all things considered, Domi Reversi Loki vs. Luffy and Zoro may not be too far-fetched.

Oda's magazines are always accurate about the main villain and who are the Heroes of the arc.
I wondered how Zoro and Luffy will face Loki until we got Domi reversi Xebec facing a brawler ( Garp ) and a swordsman ( Roger ) which just confirmed everything for me.

Only for hype readers, Oda referenced his answer in the SBS where he mentioned Kaido and mothers in this chapter title. You think Oda or any author would genuinely discredit his own characters and creations and the global titles he himself gave them. But as @nik87 pointed out that the most relevant of those has been kept intact since the beginning where it is repeated in all phases of the story.
