General & Others Kuzan vs strawhat matchup

There are hints.
Though, I am not sold on Koby vs Kuzan as a final fight with Kuzan going down. I am more, for now, set on a fight with no decisive winner after the recente developments.
We know Kuzan wasn't really trying to kill Garp and anyway all the Kuzan-Koby plot lost a good chunk of its narrarive force when Garp was seen alive.

Though, if Kuzan has to be defeated, I don't see any other than Koby doing it. Unless Oda Isn't going for a super improbable Akainu vs Kuzan 2.0.

Luffy could have been, but doesn't have the reason anymore.

I feel like it would only make sense prior to the World government collapsing. I just can’t imagine Kuzan continuing to be an adversary after all is said and done. He wouldn’t let Blackbeards vision of the world to turn reality.

Kuzan is only getting defeated or killed when he turns against Blackbeard. He’s obviously not going down fighting for BB against the Strawhats. As he told Smoker “I’m still me.”

I don't think Oda's totally abandoned Smoker though, he just didn't have much of a spot in the story after Punk Hazard. But Oda can still bring him back.
