It's time for Sanji to unlock conqueror's Haki to not only boost his general power but further bring his flames to the next level. Given Elbaf is inspired by norse mythology, Surtr Jambe would be a good next step.

Yes, in my opinion Oda just showed the pinnacle of IJ, Sanji never did anything like it, it was as if Sanji had gained some kind of stellar cosmic power.
Lately I also started to think that the exoskeleton is always active. There is no reason for it to be a power up that you can activate based on your will.
It's like Wolverine decides to activate/deactivate his adamantium skeleton. No he can't, it's always there.
