do you think Franky trying out his lasers on the ice and then saying “this is more like diamond” is him just reaching for a random object to compare it to?

The statement that Sea stone is a hard as diamond is a scientific one too. It’s not people just thinking of a random object. We have come across enough smart people that if this wasn’t true, it would have been refuted

Meaning anyone who can bypass his skin can beat him.

for example Kuzan with ice

or anyone with advanced armament, such as all the scabbards

Yes, only diamond jozu’s skin is diamond. If you attack him from inside his body, such as by using ice, or any other durability negation ability, you can beat him from the inside of his body

He did not do that. We have seen many characters with high durability lose. Jozu isn’t invincible jury because his skin is diamond
