Throughout all the things I've said about him including me thinking he's one of the worst villains in the series (which is still true), I must admit it was pretty cool that Oda paralleled Vergo consistently with Rosinante. He doesn't really do anything with it, but it is a nice detail. Shows that even the more lackluster villains get some good writing here and there.
