My strongest top tier so far, in no order, are Dragon, Akainu, Blackbeard, Mihawk, Aokiji (weaker than Akainu), and Shanks (weaker than Mihawk). I'm considering adding Kizaru, but Kaido and Big Mom were always at the lower top tiers.

I think Garp is extremely overrated.
He seems like inferior version of Mihawk
Like take away Mihawks lethality and his CoO and you get Garp.
Mace Windu eh. He was pretty cool in the movies. Never really read the SW comics, are they good? I've played some SW games though.
You really think Renpa could be defeated in a duel against someone like Gyou'un? I understand the whole offense of Rinshoujo point but...
