Many will say Kaido's the strongest until further notice, but I think it's the other way around: Kaido's title is in-universe hearsay until further notice. I think he's weaker than one-arm Shanks.

For anyone who may be interested: I just beat the final boss of Dark Souls 3 (Gael), and I can confidently say that this game ranks among my absolute favorite games ever, even surpassing the original Dark Souls. Truly a titanic game that I can’t wait to do New Game + runs of.
