He's an Ancient Zoan, so he'll probably get back up (like Ulti did).
However — and especially if she can coat her attacks with COC — she should be able to take him down with a Thunder Bagua.

Drake's Hybrid Form has been kind of a disappointment IMO. He was held at bay by Apoo, and Apoo is a ranged attack specialist (and so should fare much worse at close range).
I just haven't gotten the sense that Drake is stronger than Apoo at all. If Apoo's his arc opponent and he defeats him, I would be inclined to think Apoo is stronger given how much damage he's taken already.
