Yeah I do. Lulu is a great character, top tier, but Light edges him out for me. I like Light's more mechanical approach, and the pure swagger he has.

I think part of the reason I prefer Lulu(and Code Geass overall) is that my favorite part of Death Note was Light vs L, and after L died I feel like the show went down in quality.
Light vs Mello/Near whoever just didn't have the same feeling as Light vs L, while I feel like Code Geass was consisentally the same quality throughout the entire show(ignoring few things like the the stuff with Marianne)

When I got to the episode where L died, and realized there was still like 9 more episodes I thought to myself "what?"
I still believe that the show should have ended with L dying like he did, or an alternate ending where it's L who takes down Light.
I know that L technically "won" through Mello and Near but I thought that was a little lame.
I also disliked Mikami and Kiyomi too btw.
