We may see another wedding between Kaido's son and one of the Charlotte daughters. It could be interesting.
I am really wondering what is the nature and reasons of Kaido's debt to Big Mom. Some are saying that it happened during their time in the Rocks Pirates where she would have saved him from death or capture or after Xebec's defeat at God Valley, whereas a few say that she may have saved Kaido from Whitebeard's retribution after Oden's death.
I would love to see a moment where Blackbeard's df fails him or is used against him such as him trying to nullify the Homies powers only to find it his df doesn't work on them, or Law using Gamma Knife or Kuma his pain transfer technique on him via his attraction technique.
I love that of all the crewmates Luffy asked to join his crew Brook is the only one who said yes immediatly.
I am expecting Streusen to get at least a small moment in the spotlight once his powers and relation with Linlin are further shown. The guy is the true King of Hearts of the BMP and Totto Land.
Honnestly I would enjoy a scene where the "Luffy turns everyone into allies" scenario is subverted and that someone saved or who has fought with the Straw Hats turns his/her back on them and abandon them to save his/her own skin or once his/her goal has been accomplished.
I am curious to see Kaido's dragon hybrid form. I feel that there is going to be some supernova and scabbards massacre with it.
Ducktales third season seems very promising, I really enjoyed the first episodes.
Honnestly I think that an alliance between BM and Moria would have been interesting (maybe with Perona marrying one of the Charlotte sons) due to their df that are similar and very different at the same time and of their personnalities. Plus I think that BM would love to see Moria's zombies and ghosts in her crew with her passion for strange creatures

It would be both interesting and frightening if Big Mom come across Zunisha and turns him into a Homie.
I discovered Maid-Sama ! recently. I really loved the main characters Misaki and Usui's relationship.
While thinking about it Whitebeard may have gotten acess to Wano if he just used his df to create a giant wave that the Moby Dick and his other ships would ride so they would pass over the waterfall. 
After seeing that Sandship dungeon in Skyward Sword again, I'm really disappointed at the BotW Divine Beasts or the BotW dungeons in general. The Sandship had a well design, cool mechanics, good puzzles, a lot of enemies, past & present and so on whilst the Divine Beast did not even have their own individual - nature adapting - design, almost no enemies, no dungeon keys, etc...

Death Krayt is indeed a very cool Sith Lord, though my favorite Sith is probably Exar Kun.
There will be a third season for Ducktales reboot, I'll definitively watch it.
I have started to watch Clannad. This is really one of the best and most touching anime I have ever watched. -
