Who's the avatar? SLook at another reference that I found, see how Kaidou's CoC is more powerful, it shakes the top of the skull, creates cracks in the ground, and even makes someone like Luffy lose balance and go backwards.
While Garp's CoC seems much weaker and less exaggerated.
