Attack power isn't Gaara's thing. Gaara would bind Kid in an inconceivable amount of sand and bury him alive. Kid's not fast enough to evade Gaara's fast sand And flying on his sand nimbus, Gaara would be out of Kid's reach. Railgun's not hitting him
