Think Kanki has respect for Shin in his own way. That's why i guess.
From a writing POV, it's just a way to make it easier to write Ogiko into the HSU.
i think he'll come later

It's probably a bit harsh here given that GKS is > Jiaga overall. And just because Jiaga is a better fighter than JKR, it doesn't make him a better commander.
Particularly with the way Hara can write, for all we know Jiaga is all hax and zero balance.
For the sake of argument, Renpa has an army of 60k troops.
His level with Zhao troops is 100. What level is his number with Wei and Chu? As an overall threat, are we looking at a total tier of difference?
I think we both rate Shoumou's strengths (not pun intended) highly so I don't really wanna sit here and try to dismiss him. However I think these Juuko guys gained their standing or respect for their constant defence and defeat of all enemies against them. I don't think Shoumou would have earned...
It's exactly what he said lol. Hara could not have been clearer in his description of Hakuki (and his repeated comparison to Ousen).
It doesn't mean he isn't a brilliant fighter as well, if pushed. Someone like Gokei can be a fighting general, if pushed. Ousen can obviously fight too.
A...
I'm ready for it to end now. It feels like we've been at the "Kanki has trapped Riboku, now what?" stage for about 6 chapters with a few breaks on top. It's slowed right down.
I'm not down on it overall though. I have a major issue with the number disparity though. I appreciate how Riboku...
Nah he's nowhere near as brave as Renpa. In fact, the latter even said that every time they came close, Hakuki would retreat and turn it into a game of chess.
Hakuki has been compared to Ousen so many times - both by Renpa himself and others throughout China. You can basically guarentee at...
Unlikely theory but could the saki clan sabotage kanki and play a role in killing him, so as to free him from his hate?
I don't think there's plot armour tbh. Kaine may have saved him for eg, but Riboku could have saved himself before he went to save her.
I wouldn't dispute Shoumou's offensive power. It's very good. But is it enough to make him a Great General (of a lesser state) when you factor in his one dimensionalism? Can you say Shoumou sits in line with the other Juuko 4? The more I think of this, I feel I should change my mind on Ranbihaku...
Hidan's a little underrated. Unfortunately, battledome-posters in general do put too much emphasis on "speed glitz gg" which works against him (even when Kakashi couldn't come close to doing it) and also it seems Kishi had more planned for him than he was able to show thanks to his editors at...
