Not including dead, EOS or prime versions of characters...no one else can compare when considering reputations. Obviously that changes when you bring future possibilities and reveals into mind but at that point anyone could be stronger really.

For raw destruction at a large scale, I feel WB and Fuji have shown some of the scariest shit. Maybe some people can 1v1 them, but if you wanted to call someone in to literally destroy the world it would be those 2. The other stuff on the poll are just cool or not as destructive, really.
