That's the result of it, but who cares? She has no trauma from the experiments. She doesn't even remember them. And the experiment worked and has been extremely helpful for her. It adds no emotional weight to anything. All it does is leave the door open for her to eat a devil fruit.

I was on the Luffy vs Saturn Zoro vs Kizaru train, but it looks like Kizaru will switch sides, so I guess Saturn kills Kuma, uses Kizaru as a hypetool, and then fights Luffy, while Zoro fights Lucci.

Not at all. Someone said this before too, and it's just nonsense. Bonney has mostly interacted with the strawhats this arc. Just because we saw a conversation between her and Vegapunk this chapter doesn't change that.

Finally we can throw out the dumbass Vivi getting the Nikyu theory. Whether Bonney joins or not, if Kuma dies, she's getting the Nikyu.
