Ah yes, Imu would just grant power to a pirate who prefers to live in the filthy lower realm.
If his sword has a fruit power, he likely found it himself.
The debate is stupid in my opinion because they're all on the same side. Unless the Marines were to defect. But even then, the scales would be tipped greatly in favour of those who stand against the WG.
The WG is so stacked now it's insane. On paper they can neg-low diff any threat that opposes them.
The Gorosei with their insane haki and abilities, Garling and now Shamrock, the HKs
Ryokugyu who has a confirmed black blade who almost packed up the entire Alliance if he wasn't jumped, Kizaru...
My least favourite was probably Zeus, because it was the first time when Nami defeated a character without relying on her brains.

Kaido who fought Oden considers him to be in the same league as Shanks, Roger, Whitebeard, and Xebec, so it's safe to say he truly was that strong, and would have won if he wasn't distracted.
You people do realize Oda is the author, right? If Oden is highly regarded in the manga for his strength, it's because the author wants you to know that he is strong. Not that the author is a fanboy for a character who is much weaker than they are portrayed to be.
