i dont mind, it depends how Oda executes it. Loki was introduced as this anomaly of the giant race. Bringer of chaos, fueled with hatred that'll set off the ragnarok.
if Elbaph is around Egghead in total chapters, Loki has to go out with a bang. Wreak havoc at the climax of the arc before he's beaten by Luffy and others.

I honestly prefer that compared to him staying alive for the final war and just treated as an afterthought, fighting whoever Oda wishes in the background. Atleast if Oda goes with the first scenario, Loki will leave an impact to the overall story as the main threat of Elbaph.

Loki can die at the end of the arc by BB's hands or by shamlock's. But yeah oda does not kills characters. Even izo and ashura in wano were only killed because editors said so to oda iirc.

It’s just impossible to have compelling evil villains who don’t kill their dangerous enemies. The fact these two are about to walk away from an insanely powerful guy who blasphemed to their face and told them he would never join without killing him is just <

Hajrudin barely scraped by Machwise, probably #10th strongest in that crew. He must have been spamming zenkai boost daily in order to be somewhat competent this time around.

I've just rewatched Game of Thrones and know full well how impactful unsuspected deaths to main and big supporting characters can be but unfortunately no one ever dies in OP.

Off screen zenkais are a hallmark of one piece powerscaling

He can't cry and just ask Nika to liberate his country 'cause Nika will have his hands full against the Figarlands. He had to defeat Loki to be the King. Other giants would help him though and Loki is already nerfed.

Whole entire arc will be about defeating these gods knights and establishing Loki as an actual good guy, lore dump flashbacks, wider world events including Shanks moves, Blackbeard moves, and status of the revolutionaries. It is possible that with their level of intelligence they will be aware of the GK being mobilized, so it is possible the revolutionary army shows up here to help fight them although I doubt it.
Seems like most of the arc will be 2-3 chapter segments of fights and dialogue for each strawhat crew member against each of the gods knights.
