BBP because of Kuzan, BB basically has another top tier fighter in his crew plus his own right hand man, that is a massive bonus against other crews that just thave a a captain and a commander.

I am not measuring their power levels, just saying that I would change their Narrative purposes. Kaido can just be a pre-Yonko main villain, a wall for Luffy to defeat, then he would go fight Yonko Doflamingo, who has this connection to the Celestia dragon's/secret treasure and so on
