To say I was blown away by 1043 would be an understatement; it made me re-evaluate everything that we've grown to understand about the series up to this point. A true game changer. This was not just one of the best chapters of Wano but, one of the best One Piece chapters ever.

Decent chapter, far from the chapter of the year that people have been touting; interested to see where Oda takes this.

I have no idea how Luffy vs Kaido will top the fight from 1039/1040 (and I'm not just saying that as a Law fanboy). Possibly one of my favorites in the ENTIRE SERIES. The focus on devil fruit powers, the ending, what it means for the rest of the story...everything. Remarkable!

+1 on the Shiryu's sword train. There's so much foreshadowing of Zoro cutting diamond that I really thought Shiryu himself would eat it but since he already ate Absalom's, the sword is the next best option IMO.
