Kizaru is getting defeated here, that is certain. However, I do not see him getting clowned. I mean, he is the only remaining OG admiral, he is the person who basically gave Luffy a preview of what awaited him at Marineford and in the New World in general.
That ought to count for something.
Well it is not like he is wrong - that is precisely what Kuma was supposed to be, and as far as Akainu knows, actually is. So rather than hypocrisy, I read it more as him thinking out loud, trying to understand what is going on.
And the fact that he is remembering Bonney makes me think he may...
Or do fruits choose users based on their personality?
Also, Kizaru is perfect for Pika-Pika fruit.
Akainu = hot-headed.
Kuzan = cool-headed.
Kizaru = light-headed.
Honestly, Garp would likely be a better fit for Kizaru's fruit considering the way he acts (sleeps on job, sleeps when scolding...
I don't think Coby is anywhere near lightheaded enough for the Light-Light fruit. Honestly, Zoro would be a better candidate... guy is a master of getting lost.
Agreed. Plus, Blackbeard's own fruit seems to be kinda opposite of freedom, which is Luffy's dream as well as symbolism of Luffy's devil fruit.
Still, I do believe that Blackbeard's fruit can cancel out Nika powers, plus, he still needs a Zoan - something that is directly opposed to Nika fruit...
So Kuzan has his Lazy Justice.
But what about Garp?
As I see it, Garp's justice is likely similar to Kuzan's. In fact, Kuzan's Lazy Justice is likely a variant of Garp's ideals. Look at what manga tells us:
I've decided to live life on my own terms. And who else does that? Literally every...
Add me. Fujitora is the only Navy admiral currently in service that I actually like (though these newest chapters had made me respect Kizaru, I don't think I can say I like him).
Point I was making is that AdCoC is a prerequisite of being a top tier, regardless of whether person is a swordsman or not.
Basically: AdCoC itself is not part of swordsmanship as such, but you simply cannot become World's Strongest Swordsman without having it.
You are assuming candidates' agendas even matter. In reality, power is always where the money is. Which is to say, no matter who gets elected, banks and plutocrats will get their way. If a candidate doesn't obey them... well, there is always the Lincoln-Kennedy solution.
Rayleigh is a swordsman and has at least normal Conqueror's, and almost certainly AdCoC as well.
And Zoro almost certainly does have AdCoC... his "killing intent".
I just noticed that in Marineford, Mihawk commented that there is "never a dull moment" with Luffy:
"Never a dull moment with you... Straw Hat" rather implies that he may have been keeping an eye on Luffy as well.
And apparently he visited Shanks specifically to discuss Luffy:
So do you...
Only in your head.
Let me reiterate: YOU ARE THE ONE MAKING THE CLAIM THAT THESE ARE EXAMPLES OF ACoC DESPITE WHITEBEART BEING UNABLE TO USE EVEN THE BASIC COLOR OF CONQUEROR AT MARINEFORD. THEREFORE IT IS ON YOU TO PROVE THE POSITIVE - THAT THESE ARE REALLY EXAMPLES OF ACoC - NOT ON ME TO...
So not only you are a liar, but you also fail basic comprehension.
You are yet to prove that every time Whitebeard uses fruit power there are cracks.
In fact, you cannot prove it, because it is clearly false.
No cracks...
