If Oda drops this plot point, then I will be disappointed. My theory is that we will get the full flashback of Zoro in hell when he fights Mihawk and figures out how to turn his blades black. I still believe that unlocking black blades has to do with confronting and surviving death.
@yorosenpai I am afraid that if Zoro leaves the crew, then he will still give him zero development because he will be too busy drawing Luffy.
During post Wano, I really wanted Oda to draw Zoro confronting the Grim Reaper in hell. That would have given him some good character development.
I hope the anime does more with the grim reaper and Zoro than Oda did. I remember when the fandom thought the Grim Reaper was Brook ans Robin trolling Zoro. Yes, Brook and Robin abandoned what they were doing in order to troll Zoro. This fandom I stg.
@kumae I remember when Zoro haters were...
Ju Peter definitely sounds like Oda took some Judeo Christian influences when naming the character. But also Ju Peter sounds like it’s just a play on Jupiter.
This is a low quality bait thread.
Luffy cares about Zoro. He also knows that Zoro is probably his most independent crew member and holds him to a higher regard.
First Luffy was concerned for Zoro after Mihawk almost cuts him in half.
In Skypeia he’s concerned for Zoro after Enel attacks...
I don’t have any interest in new Shonen or new anime for that matter. There’s so much content, that I would rather wait a while to watch anything new because I can’t tell if an anime will be a classic or just a seasonal fad.
That was an interesting chapter! Vivi escaping with Wapol was pretty entertaining. I also like how we were able to learn more about Neferarti D. Lilly. It sounds like she was the first one to rebel against the world government. Now we know that Vivi is a D! One Piece needs more women who bear...
The show still holds up without Jessica Walter? She was such a gem as Mallory. She has so many quotable lines!
“I’ll call him Sterling. Sterling Mallory Archer.”
“Absinthe makes me black out!”
Disney should do a live action remake of The Emperor’s New Groove. They should use a real llama for Kuzco. Now David Spade can still voice him. Then get John Goodman to reprise his role as Pacha. I don’t care if Goodman is 70 he could hold his own on screen with a llama.
