Ehh, the series is about to wrap up. I'm too invested at this point to drop. Especially now that we're at the stage where the longest running plotpoints are about to unravel. I'd be doing myself a disservice not to at least see how it all plays out.

I don't think it has to be that black and white. Issho may disagree with the Marines, but he is still very much in their service. Aramaki can still be in support of the government's ways, but it could be that he's more of a somber realist going along with the status quo instead of a shallow zealot.

Depends on if it’s worldwide or not. I don’t see it being too different from the usual. Maybe Shanks returns to the top 10 after 15 years, Yamato sneaks in somewhere, and Kid makes top 20, but that’s it, really.

I remember Greg mentioning that Zoro’s lineage was a long and complex matter, something akin to GOT. Oda probably thought it would sidetrack too much from the main storyline of the arc. Still, I think Oda could’ve done much better by not teasing something if he wasn’t sure to follow through on it.
