Buggy is a ban of business, as same as Crocodile. They know how to earn money 24 per 7 + Buggy is a Treasure hunter as same as his crew, it's obvious that the have tons of money and they just earn money on the marines as many pirates hold grudges on them and will pay hard cash to get each of them as well.
