I doubt that there will be anything more substantial than a little skirmish.
At this point in manga, Zoro won't be able to handle the Admiral even in his dreams. Well, that is unless Oda suddenly decides to give him an asspull ability to cut light. That might even the odds a little bit. I'd say 70-30.
I don't think Oda would do the same thing twice in a row though. Zoro having just the right ability to counter King's ultimate attack was already bad enough.

Fine, we will entertain it while it happens in front of us. 
EoS Zoro would give Kizaru a run for his money though. By the end of One Piece, he's probably gonna reach the heights of Oden — a swordsman whose battle prowess was recognized by an Emperor.
