Luffy died & came back as Joyboy, now he's completed
Zoro died but got lost & will come back to life as the sword god and completed
Kaido wants to desperately die to be completed but when he dies, he's going straight to hell
Zoro won't be able to fend of an admiral that's full healed. It's not the same as Zoro, weakened, killing a weakened Kaido

Here luffy becomes complete after death.
