Anyone with Very Powerful CoC Attack can Defeat an Admiral
Luffy, Zoro, Roger, Rayleigh, Oden, WB, Shanks, Kaidou, Big Mom (Prime, cuz Old She only use her DF), Dragon, Mihawk, Garp, Sengoku
Only Yamato is Uncertain, i would also add Beckman cuz i believe He has CoC & is Stronger than Non-Asura Zoro

But if his Defense/Intangibility is somehow removed, then there are many others

One-shotting Kizaru aint as easy as it seems.
Luffy was lucky because plot needed Kizaru taken out for a moment.
Kizaru has never shown his best against Luffy and that needs to be beaten in order to one-shot Kizaru.
If he does nothing and just takes attacks clean, anyone with decent firepower can one-shot him.

Kizaru got one shot by a newbie Yonko on a time limit. In terms of strength and speed, Kaido can limitlessly fight exactly like said Yonko.
Kizaru may have the upper hand in speed and whatnot (he wasn't fast enough last chapter though) but he's currently an absolute low diff for Kaido. He will just dodge around dealing Scabbard-level injuries (no CoC) until Kaido oneshots him.
At least he has shown great versatility and his powers are as amazing and fun to watch as always, and I still trust Kizaru will show awakening when it's time for round 2, but his core stats are a huge disappointment. Nobody expected him to be as durable as Kaido, he's no oni or zoan user, but one hit? A supposed top tier veteran? Bad stuff.

Nobody, except for hax users and that’s only if they touch him
You need to be a top tier + hax to just momentarily stun Kizaru
I mean look at the Yonkou who tried that, now he can’t even speak anymore
And against that previous WSC, he went G5 for considerable amount of time, longer than against Kizaru. Kizaru too stronk

But if Luffy shows he can actually pump his heart back again to 100% health like what he did when he fought Kaido, then Luffy won.

Luffy on the other hand can't even talk and has become an old man depleted of energy.
