Sengoku page highlight something interesting.

That some stuff makes no sense :
Sengoku is Garp friend.
Garp is Luffy from the Marines. Garp is a very good guy.
Sengoku is a very good guy.
Fujitora is a good guy.
Kuzan is probably a good guy or not so far.
Vegapunk seems to be a Good Guy

One Piece can provoke a War that will 'result in casualties'. That's the justification explaining those good guys submitting themselves to the Celestial Dragons.

But :
1. War is here anyway and Marines provoke some of them : Whitebeard vs World Government, Revolution Army vs World Government , Kaidou and Big Mom vs the World Government of they ha the chance.
2. If you take out of the Marines : Garp, Sengoku, Fujitora, Kuzan, Vegapunk and you put them in Marina2. Then you have now Marina2, no war, the truth of the One Piece, protection from pirates and no Celestial Dragons anymore.

Sengoku is a good guy? to be honest he is not , he was a puppet of the WG , and believed that Ace deserves to die just because he is Roger's son. the only good marine is really Garp and maybe Fujitora .

So in the end Luffy is driven by fate, it is his Destiny to become Pirate King, to destroy the WG (Im-sama and World Nobles) and to fullfill Joyboys will (will of the D.).

Luffy strives to be the PK, in his owen words to be the freest man but in the end he would only be a tool, a slave if not the biggest slave of fate. Every action of his are set, the outcome is set, he thinks his free in his actions but it is only a illusion, he has no true freedom and will never reach true freedom. I feel pity for him, cause his dream to be the PK, to be the freest will never come true.

You forget to mention Nami's Zuse. Luffy fought with Katakuri to get through hell and only after that he got Advanced COO, he trinde for days with Hoyagoro in order to get Advanced COA and I'm not saying that Oda did good job with Luffy's power ups it's obviuse that Oda is rushing with plot and tries to give luffy as much power ups as possible before final fight but at least he gives Luffy meaningful power ups when he does not give a shit about Zoro or Sanji or anyone from ST and after that people say that Luffy gets everything hand into him.

I haven’t read this week’s chapter yet, but...I can’t imagine there’s anyone in the fandom who doesn’t realize Luffy is supposed to be this universe’s savior. People may feel certain things about him DUE to this fact, but I’ve never heard anyone outright deny it. You kinda take it on faith when you start a shonen that the protagonist is gonna be deified from the beginning...

What if World Govt actually saved the world 800 years ago . What if Joyboy was bad guy . This is classic deus ex machina .


Why did 20 king destroy a kingdom in first place it was clear Great Kingdom was no similar ? Were D clan Messiah or nice people ?

Frankly chosen one stuff is over used plot . Its kinda like MC was always special from beginning.

It reduces MC to a person of messiah or reduces him to hero figure.

Irrespective of this i really hoped oda wouldnt bring this chosen one plot because its overused plot.

I like plot where MCs action can also lead to good and bad consequence.

To be fair Luffy was able to bring freedom in these coubtries but author fails to address he is a chaos he damages country economy and drag them to poverty. I felt oda could look into this side as well.

Are World Govt that bad ? I think they are doing pretty fine job keeping world in balance . Ya CDs are assholes but arent the pirates same ?

Check One Piece chapter 653 & 654. Luffy comes in Joy Boys place and makes a promise with Poseidon. Luffy is born in a far away sea ( East Blue)

The Whales are happy when Luffy is entering the New World in chapter 654.

Zoro is Ryuma from 400-300 years ago and Ushimaru. They both are Shitsmoki.

Robin is Oden

Note how 400- 300 years ago is a recurring theme.

Some big events happened 400-300 years ago. Ryuma existed, Norland existed, Germa kingdom existed and was strong.

I'm guessing Roger's predecessor( joyboy's will) existed during this time, and tried to take out the WG without all the pieces and failed.
