I wasn't very acurate with my statment.I admit.In some places in Latin America there were some racial issues,but in most countries down here there weren't,in most of the spanish america they are natives mixed with spanish.Here in Brazil we are mostly Native-Black-Portuguese and we have a lot of recent German,Italian,Japanese,Lebanese imigration.
