Recent thread about Wano PUs showed that even Zoro fans are divided between whether they consider KOH a separate PU from ACoC or not.
I personally think that ACoC and KoH are different PUs, KoH is a utilization of ACoC but it is in itself separate from just ACoC.
It's like Zoro's versions of powerups:
Additionally KOH Rengoku Onigiri and KOH DD are used with clear KOH announcement/name but Bird Dance is not called KOH Bird Dance even when ACoC is clearly shown. It can be argued though that KOH was not added to Bird Dance that it was a quick counter move and not a prepped move like the other two and hence why KOH was not added.
